This almond and white bean hummus is rich and creamy and full of flavor! It can be served as a dip, salad dressing or a sauce for grilled chicken.
- 1 can (13.4 oz) Cannellini beans (drained)
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Juice of one lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Place all the ingredients, except for olive oil, in a food processor fitted with a steel blade. Process for 20-30 seconds. With the motor running, drizzle in the oil.
