We love Caprese Salad as an appetizer before meal, as a side dish to fish or steak, or simply as a snack! It is unbelievably simple yet satisfying and filling!
- Place tomato slices on a serving plate and top with bocconcini.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a small bowl, dilute the pesto by mixing it with olive oil. This step will make the drizzling easier.
- Just before serving, drizzle the salad with the diluted pesto.
