Would you believe me if I told you I have a recipe for a sweet and creamy ice cream, that is vegan, has no added sugar, and requires only two ingredients?! No? 🙂 Well, let me show you how I make it:
- 3 frozen ripe bananas (peeled & cut into slices)
- 1-2 tablespoons of raw organic cacao powder (depending on how chocolatie you want the ice cream)
- Place the frozen banana slices and the cacao powder into a powerful blender, such as Vitamix, and puree until smooth and creamy. Done!
