This Irish soda bread can be enjoyed year-round, but it’s a must-have at the table come St. Patrick’s Day. This recipe has a special meaning to me. It was developed by my husband’s grandmother, who passed it on to my mother-in-law and who in turn gave it to me. I will continue this tradition and pass it on to my girls. My husband’s grandmother migrated to the USA from Ireland. As you can tell, this bread cannot be any more “Irish”. 😉
